All Sales Final

All honey and soap sales are final. Last updated August 7, 2026.

No returns or exchanges

Mike's Bees does not accept returns or exchanges on honey or soap, whether opened, unopened, used, or unused. For food-safety and personal-care hygiene reasons, all product sales are final.

No change-of-mind refunds

Refunds are not provided for taste, scent, texture, natural honey crystallization, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind after purchase.

Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, call (512) 962-2091 promptly and keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and photos. Do not mail any product back. Mike's Bees will review the shipping problem and determine an appropriate remedy; this does not create a right to return or exchange a product.
